Cruciferous Greens( Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Cauliflower)

Berries(Blue, Black Ras, Straw)

Asian Mushrooms(Shitake, Enoki, Oyster)

White Fish( Seabass, Rockfish, Dover Sole)  and Salmon 

Whole Grains

Yogurt and other dairy(in small quantities)

Black Beans and other legumes

Dark Chocolate Above 75% cocoa

Red Wine
